Customers & staff may contact any member of distnet provided that they have the permission of the recipient for contacting them through that method. Approved methods of communication include: Skype, MSN, Live Help Center, and Forum. If a customer or member of staff wishes to contact a staff member through an unapproved method of communication such as: email, AIM, YIM, IRC, or calling the staff member's personal phone line they must have express written permission from the staff member.
